Pine Valley Golf Course is a military course that is wide open and subject to any
wind that blew. Not much of a challenge except when the winds blow. Believe
it or not, I played this course with a buddy of mine right after a snow storm.
Parts of the course were frozen over. On one of the par fours our drive made it
to the green because of ice in the fairway kept the ball bouncing until it came to
rest. We didn’t even birdie the hole though! This course could have changed a
